Get control over yourself with ‘Aabhar Yoga’

“Aabhar Yoga” is a pathway of becoming more than just machinery, working
in a cyclical motion. It’s a step by step guide to break from the shackles of slavery
of compulsions of life-long mental conditioning, and go beyond survival instinct to
become the best version of one’s-Self. The author believes the book to be the
practical guide to achieve optimal health. It’s a complete system of knowing,
understanding, exploring, and gaining control over one’s life, by controlling its
instruments: body, senses, and mind.
The book is divided into four sections i.e. Introduction, Understanding,
Learning and Implementing, each emphasizing onto its unique aspect. The
Introduction provides the introduction to the basic concepts of yoga like Yog,
Karma, Aabhar, Dhyana, etc. and uniting with the nature.

Section 2 consists of insightful and devotional prayers meticulously designed to
align one’s practice to the different elements of Nature, Self; Life, to get
completely absorbed in their energy, with detailed instructions of twenty
“Namaskar” sequences in the continuation: from renowned twelve steps “Surya
Namaskar” to fifty steps “Parmatma Namaskar” (never explained before), and
thirty four afterward practice’s routine, beginner’s to advanced level, comprising
“Asana’s”, “Mudra’s”, “Pranayama’s”, relaxation, and “Dhyana”.
In third and the forth part of the book, the author Yogacharya Ankur has
emphasized on the learning and implementation aspect of asanas, meditation,
balance, dhyana and mudras through illustrations. The book solves all the practical
problems that the practitioners face while practicing “Yoga” on their own, as it
doesn’t only provide demonstration of doing the practices, but also combines them
to form an actual and powerful practice routine.
So, practitioners will neither find the practices repetitive, nor monotonous and dull,
which will assure continuity and regularity, and a strong foundation for the higher
practices of Meditation, which eventually leads to that, which we all seek, the
ultimate Union with our “Cosmic Nature”.

About Author:
Yogacharya Ankur Kanwar holds Masters degree in Yoga (Yogacharya) from
Uttrakhand Sanskrit University (Haridwar), and YIC from S-VYASA University
(Bangalore). He has also done certifications in holistic healing: Pranic healing and
Hypnotherapy. In 2017, he founded Sunrise Yoga in Zirakpur (Punjab), and since
then he has been helping thousands of practitioners of all age groups in achieving
supreme health and finding complete harmony within themselves. This book is an
endeavor to make this divine path available to all in the easiest manner.
He had been practicing Yoga since childhood, but becoming a Yoga Guide was
never the plan. However, in 2014, when he was still working with Levi’s as a Store
Manager, he visited Rishikesh and got reintroduced to Yoga, but this time with a
completely new meaning to it. It no more remained an activity for good health, but
a great possibility to attain fulfillment, which he always sought. So, he resigned
from his job and dedicated his life to Yoga and conscious living. This book is an
endeavor to make this divine path available to all in the easiest manner.
